Senior Customer Insights Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, United States, with in-office attendance one day per week; candidates must live within a commutable distance.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD base salary per year, plus a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Serve as a consultant and advisor for customers, building trusted relationships and demonstrating clear business value.
• Engage new customers through enablement projects that improve product adoption and digital maturity.
• Conduct hirify.global-driven analyses across session and journey data, industries, products, and use cases.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to customer stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Design project plans aligned with customers’ technical skills, timelines, and business goals.
• Use AI tools to identify data patterns and prepare insight summaries while owning the analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing customer projects and relationships in a consulting role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and change-influence skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Marketing, SaaS, and eCommerce.
• Experience building integrations, innovative solutions, and open-source projects.
• Ability to advise customers on data maturity, industry best practices, and digital experience improvement.
• Ability to work from a commutable distance to the Atlanta office and attend in person one day per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other digital experience and product analytics tools.
• Advanced knowledge of customer experience, user research, voice of customer, UX, or product management practices.
