Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; travel to offices, trainings, and conferences may be required approximately once per quarter.

Salary: $81,500–$139,500 per year, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and lead discovery for complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Shape problem statements, identify root causes, and translate ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, refinement, and sprint planning across competing priorities.
• Lead UAT coordination, ensure requirements coverage, and support post-deployment validation and change management.
• Own domain process maps, business rules, entity definitions, and reusable knowledge-base artifacts.
• Design and govern AI-assisted workflows, validation standards, agent-readiness maps, and accuracy reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, Sales Operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project leadership and communication experience.
• 3+ years of requirements gathering and user-story documentation experience.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst or SME experience with CRM and data platforms such as Salesforce and Snowflake.
• High proficiency with process-mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro, plus knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• CBAP or CCBA certification.
• Salesforce or data-tool certifications.
• Experience in EdTech or publishing.
• Advanced degree.
