Senior Business Analyst, Marketing (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, Massachusetts

Salary: $81,500–$139,500 per year, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing as a trusted advisor and translate marketing process and system needs into actionable IT requirements.
• Lead discovery, workshops, problem definition, requirements development, and cross-functional alignment for complex initiatives.
• Shape martech systems, CRM/CDP data flows, campaign and lead-management processes, and reporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams on refinement, sprint planning, QA, UAT coordination, deployment validation, and change management.
• Maintain process maps, business rules, entity definitions, and reusable domain documentation.
• Design AI-assisted workflows, define validation standards, review agent accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve BA practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level business analysis experience with requirements gathering, systems thinking, and SDLC/Agile delivery.
• Ability to partner credibly with Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Experience structuring complex and ambiguous business needs into clear requirements for high-complexity solutions.
• Experience leading UAT coordination, requirements quality, post-deployment validation, and change management.
• Ability to anticipate technical and business impacts, identify root causes, and resolve cross-functional priorities.
• Experience creating and maintaining process maps, business rules, documentation, and knowledge bases.
