Branch Banking Client Consultant II (Retail Banking)

Location: Coral Springs, Florida, United States; branch-based onsite position

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Support branch growth targets for deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition.
• Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Identify client needs, provide product education, and arrange appointments and partner referrals.
• Introduce clients to mortgage and business banking specialists to support their financial goals.
• Handle sales, service, lending, investment, and other banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
• Complete moderately complex special projects and help train and mentor colleagues on products and platform procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, including GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience, including experience in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Strong client relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and priority-management skills.
• Ability to follow federal, state, and local regulatory and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Additional financial services industry experience.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
