Member Consultant

Location: 202 W Walnut St, Newport, Washington, USA; in-person work at retail locations

Salary: $19.48–$27.26 per hour; target range: $19.48–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Create in-person experiences for existing and prospective consumer members.
• Open new accounts and process account maintenance and transactional requests accurately.
• Review members’ financial positions and recommend products and services aligned with their goals.
• Promote ancillary products, submit partner referrals, and meet or exceed monthly branch goals.
• Answer member questions, resolve complex issues, and build long-term trust and loyalty.
• Process cash transactions and travel to or temporarily support other hirify.global locations when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience as a teller, new accounts representative, or service representative in a financial institution; equivalent retail sales or service experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Knowledge of consumer and fiduciary deposit products, account types, and lending products.
• Ability to operate a computer and regularly communicate with members; occasional lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of up to 10 pounds may be required.
