What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs experience.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer service, sales, and technology is required; preferred experience includes consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, and presentations.
