Salary: $22.25–$23.50 per hour, plus monthly incentives and a 3% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Create warm, personalized experiences for credit union members.
• Support everyday banking needs, account opening, digital banking, and problem resolution.
• Consult with members about their financial goals and recommend suitable products and plans.
• Assist with consumer lending and related member-service activities.
• Contribute to a collaborative branch culture and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and member-service skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a structured, fast-paced, and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to obtain or possess an MLO unique qualifier and complete all S.A.F.E. Act registry requirements, including background and credit checks and fingerprinting.
• Bondable and able to obtain a notary license upon hire.
• Proficiency with MS Office, general office equipment, and self-service technology.

Nice to have

• One year of member-service or retail-banking experience.
• Sales, cash-handling, banking-regulation, or credit-union experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
