Personal Banker

Location: 5314 S Yale Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135, United States; full-time onsite position

Salary: $20.55–$25.05 per hour, based on experience, skills, and competencies, plus performance-based quarterly incentives.

What you will do

• Serve customers in person and over the phone through needs-based conversations.
• Recommend retail banking products and digital solutions that match customer needs.
• Educate customers and deliver a high-quality financial service experience.
• Complete financial transactions accurately and efficiently while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with customers, coworkers, internal departments, and bank specialists.
• Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to appropriate specialists.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong sales, customer service, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to meet individual and branch sales and customer service expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to different situations, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
