Financial Relationship Banker (Banking)

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States; office-based

Salary: $25.00–$28.00 hourly, plus eligibility for an applicable incentive compensation plan

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, consumer lending, business banking, and other appropriate financial products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve customer issues, and follow up with new and existing customers.
• Generate relationship growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, partners, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology and refer them to relevant areas of the bank.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and technology skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Experience with banking, sales, investments, lending, and presentation activities.
