Sr. Manager, Intercompany and Supply Chain Automation (SAP BTP)

Location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States; hybrid

Salary: $137,000–$236,325 base pay annually

What you will do

• Lead the design, build, deployment, and support of advanced intercompany and supply chain automation solutions in SAP BTP.
• Own automation capabilities across value chain and supply chain processes, including toll manufacturing, intercompany sales, stock transfers, drop shipments, consignment, and returns management.
• Define the automation roadmap, prioritize the backlog, manage demand intake, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Provide technical leadership for SAP ERP architecture and integrations across end-to-end intercompany flows.
• Oversee delivery, system testing, UAT support, SDLC documentation, compliance, validation, and performance measurement.
• Lead and coach an international, cross-regional project team through design and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology and strong knowledge of advanced intercompany processes.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Deep understanding of financial and logistical flows across multinational operations, including planning, manufacturing, delivery, logistics, finance, tax, and master data.
• Experience with pharmaceuticals or healthcare, SOX and GxP compliance, Agile methodology, and software development lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Applied knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP integration services.
• S/4HANA certification.
• Experience with large-scale business transformation programs and product backlog or release plan management.
