Technology Transformation Manager (AI)

Location: Ewing, New Jersey, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $110,900–$157,900 USD base salary annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, capacity planning, and investment plan for HR, Legal, and IT.
• Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives from concept through adoption, including process redesign and change adoption.
• Advise functional leaders on HR and Legal platforms such as Workday, time and labor, learning, contract lifecycle management, matter management, and e-discovery.
• Lead AI and automation adoption, including AI-assisted employee services, contract review and analytics, agentic and copilot use cases, and intelligent process automation.
• Partner with architecture, delivery, data, analytics, and information security teams to ensure compliant, governed, high-quality, AI-ready data and solutions.
• Lead and develop the supporting technology team and measure adoption, cycle time, cost to serve, and AI-driven productivity gains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise technology experience, including hands-on depth in HR or Legal platforms.
• Experience leading technology transformation, process redesign, and change adoption rather than only coordinating projects.
• Deep expertise in Workday, Workforce Software, Saba, contract lifecycle management, matter management, and IT service management.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing, change and release management, SaaS, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, and data platforms.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Ewing, New Jersey schedule with in-person attendance three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering enterprise AI or automation capabilities, including use-case selection, value measurement, and responsible-use guardrails.
• Consumer packaged goods industry experience.
