Senior Product Manager (Inventory Integrations)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington, United States

Annual pay range: $142,000–$220,500

What you will do

• Lead strategic product development initiatives for inventory ERP systems.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize technology backlogs, and measure feature portfolio results.
• Lead product discovery and delivery across multiple engineering teams while aligning stakeholders.
• Conduct customer and market research, synthesize findings, and incorporate insights into roadmaps.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities in inventory integration workflows.
• Build and scale AI agents, anomaly detection, predictive data quality validation, and intelligent exception routing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, technology, or eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of ERP system design, data architecture, and stock ledger management in retail operations.
• Experience with system integrations, data flows, data transformation, and validation supporting inventory management and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to define a product vision and multi-year roadmap, lead discovery and delivery, align MVP scope, and manage a prioritized backlog.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with engineering, finance, inventory operations, and executive stakeholders.
