What you will do

• Collect and analyze market-relevant insights from regional stakeholders and customers to inform product strategy.
• Evaluate regional product needs and recommend enhancements based on strategic fit and economic impact.
• Act as a regional product expert and ambassador for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with global Product Management to align regional requirements with the global roadmap.
• Participate in customer meetings to gather direct feedback and translate it into product insights.
• Develop sales and marketing enablement materials tailored to regional needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT experience in solution strategy, product management, or presales.
• Experience with SAP Cloud (Cloud ERP, BTP, BDC, CALM), Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (subject to E-Verify).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
