Senior Sourcing Manager (Supply Chain Resilience)

Location: Hybrid role based in Anoka, Minnesota, United States; travel of at least 10% required.

Compensation range: $123,500–$229,500 annually, with potential eligibility for additional compensation such as annual incentives.

What you will do

• Design and execute the Tier 2 Supplier Management Program roadmap, governance structure, KPIs, and reporting cadence.
• Build end-to-end visibility of Tier 2 supplier networks for critical commodities and components.
• Assess financial, geopolitical, capacity, ESG, and compliance risks, identifying points of failure and concentration risks.
• Lead mitigation strategies including dual sourcing, localization, buffering, and proactive escalation of supply risks.
• Improve Tier 2 supplier quality, delivery, cost, accountability, and long-term capability through Tier 1 supplier partnerships.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams, including leading disruption-response war rooms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a relatively large supply chain organization.
• Experience directly managing complex categories and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations.
• Passion for leading and developing people.
• Ability to travel at least 10%.
