Production Supervisor Core (Foundry)

Location: Columbia, Pennsylvania, United States — onsite at the plant; third shift, Monday through Friday, plus weekends as scheduled

What you will do

• Supervise core production on Laempe equipment for foundry molding lines.
• Plan and lead production processes and personnel across assigned shifts.
• Coordinate production priorities and plans with Production Management, Planning, Materials, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Analyze capacity, plan engineering changes, and recommend capital equipment improvements.
• Supervise setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated machines, assembly equipment, and machining centers.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and achieve safety, labor efficiency, schedule, scrap, rework, and quality goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment involving multiple machines.
• Strong PC and systems knowledge.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for working with employees, customers, and outside professionals.
• Ability to obtain a tow motor license and successfully complete LOTO and confined-space training.
