Manager, People Operations (Health & Wellness)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; onsite at 1940 Argentia Rd

Salary: CAD 91,900–126,390 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Translate the Field Health & Wellness People Strategy and business priorities into annual, quarterly, and initiative-level execution plans.
• Coordinate multiple People programs from planning through field implementation, maintaining an integrated activity calendar and initiative database.
• Identify overlapping initiatives, competing priorities, capacity constraints, dependencies, and implementation risks.
• Establish governance processes for initiative intake, prioritization, decision-making, risk management, and escalation.
• Assess organizational and field readiness, develop change and communication strategies, and support adoption with clear tools and resources.
• Develop metrics, analyze field feedback and recurring issues, and provide insights and recommendations to People and business leadership.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Program and portfolio management expertise.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Experience with governance, change leadership, implementation planning, and risk management.
• Ability to communicate complex initiatives clearly to executive, leadership, and field audiences.
• Must work from the primary location in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
