Manager, Integration & Separation

Location: Washington DC Metro, United States

Salary: $119,100–$239,300 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead integration and separation engagements from pre-close planning through post-close execution.
• Build engagement workplans, timelines, and staffing models aligned with transaction objectives.
• Oversee readiness assessments, execution plans, and other integration and separation deliverables.
• Act as the primary contact for client workstreams and support issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional advisory teams to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory solutions.
• Coach and develop supervisors and senior associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–11 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated project and team management experience.
• Ability to work in the Washington DC Metro area.
• Moderate travel, increased workload during execution phases, and flexibility to meet client timelines are required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting private equity or corporate transaction clients.
• Consulting or professional services experience.
