Salary: $120,000 to $185,000 per year

What you will do

• Support day-to-day client service teams on buy- and sell-side transaction advisory diligence engagements.
• Delegate, supervise, and lead workstreams across engagement areas with consistent project leadership.
• Identify issues that may drive purchase price adjustments and potential deal structuring insights.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working capital trending, benchmark analysis, and financial statement review.
• Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with TA/BRG experts and external professionals; contribute to marketing, client pitches, and practice development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis in Excel, including 3-statement financial models, cash flows, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and develop insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to interact with junior and senior team members, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
