Managing Consultant - Corporate Finance - Transaction Advisory (Corporate Finance)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Must have legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Salary: $120,000–$185,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory and financial diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, working capital, financial trend, financial statement, business plan, and cash flow analyses.
• Identify purchase price adjustment issues and develop deal structuring insights.
• Delegate, supervise, and lead project activities while collaborating with internal experts, external professionals, and client contacts.
• Lead reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Contribute to client pitches, marketing, product development, and the growth of the consulting practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting or finance, management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including three-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and develop qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, project management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or similar financial research tools.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CPA, equivalent certification, or technical/GAAP accounting expertise.
