Business Systems Analyst I (EDI/API)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week.

What you will do

• Work with business partners and customers to identify stakeholders and gather business requirements.
• Analyze existing system architecture, interfaces, functional behavior, and data requirements.
• Develop and analyze functional system requirements and specifications.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and review them with development teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address business problems and systems issues.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices, and standards.
• Strong experience with EDI, including common EDI transaction sets and business integrations.
• Understanding of API concepts and experience supporting system integrations.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
