Salary: $58,656–$103,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Learn and support business processes related to Clinical Development Operations technology solutions.
• Respond to business-user questions about system inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Elicit, develop, document, and manage business and functional requirements, user stories, and system documentation.
• Research system issues, analyze their effects, and assist with determining appropriate resolutions.
• Assess how changing business needs affect existing and new systems.
• Create and manage system change requests while collaborating with technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to requirements and system documentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to exercise judgment in approaching problems and solutions.
