Business Solutions Manager (Private Bank & Commercial Bank)

What you will do

• Own the multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for Private Banking and Commercial Banking.
• Advise senior business executives on technology direction, investment decisions, prioritization, risks, and value realization.
• Lead application managers, product and delivery teams, technology partners, and vendors.
• Oversee the delivery, support, modernization, and lifecycle management of banking applications and platforms.
• Drive AI adoption, automation, organizational change, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage technology investment planning, portfolio prioritization, vendor strategy, and multimillion-dollar operating and project budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems, computer and information science, computer engineering, data science, or a related field.
• More than 15 years of general experience and 10–15 years of management experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, banking technology, product management, or business solutions leadership.
• Experience leading managers and large cross-functional organizations, including digital transformation, application modernization, and organizational change.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions and using automation to improve business and technology outcomes.
• Ability to respond 24/7 when system issues arise and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Private Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Deposits, Lending, and related financial services domains.
