Software Engineering Manager (PEGA)

What you will do

• Lead multiple Agile development crews and complex enterprise Pega delivery initiatives.
• Manage Pega development projects, application support functions, and application programming and analysis work.
• Plan staffing, dependencies, and delivery execution to ensure predictable results.
• Partner with product, architecture, risk, and operations stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Own engineering quality, delivery metrics, continuous improvement, and adherence to security and regulatory standards.
• Drive adoption of standardized SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices on the Pega platform.

Requirements

• University or college degree; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience.
• Experience with application development, Pega BPM, Pega Cloud, Pega Platform, software solutions, and release management.
• Knowledge of Agile development, application delivery, coaching, software process improvement, and system testing.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
