Facilities Technician

Location: Solon, Ohio, United States; onsite, full time. Second shift availability: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Regular overtime with minimal notice may be required.

What you will do

• Support routine maintenance of facility systems, plumbing, compressed air, scrap processing, and building infrastructure.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and assist with troubleshooting and basic equipment repairs.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance areas organized and properly maintained.
• Respond to facility maintenance requests and participate in continuous improvement and facility enhancement projects.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and meet operational deadlines.
• Self-motivated, safety- and quality-conscious, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Availability for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM second shift and regular overtime.
