Senior Manager, Product Marketing (AI)

Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States. Full-time onsite position.

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for a portfolio of emerging products, services, and customer experiences.
• Define customer value propositions, positioning, messaging, and audience strategies to drive adoption and growth.
• Bring customer insights, market intelligence, and data into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Build and scale the Emerging Products Product Marketing Center of Excellence through repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
• Apply AI and emerging technology expertise to products and product marketing.
• Create strategic narratives and influence senior stakeholders while moving from strategy to rapid execution.

Requirements

• Experience taking new products, services, or customer propositions from early-stage development through launch and scale.
• Experience in consumer technology, AI or generative AI, digital products, retail, ecommerce, services, or emerging customer experiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Technology, Design, Data Science, Research and Insights, Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Experience building or scaling product marketing capabilities, operating models, or Centers of Excellence in a large organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
