Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role with remote work and onsite work at the Sherman Oaks, California office; candidates in Los Angeles are preferred.

Salary: $121,500–$216,000 annually, plus potential bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own performance and growth for a defined business portfolio through marketing roadmaps, performance monitoring, and action plans.
• Lead the end-to-end customer journey, identifying friction points and improving retention and long-term customer value.
• Establish positioning, packaging, pricing, claims, and messaging for portfolio products.
• Drive commercialization, nationwide campaigns, cross-sell opportunities, and go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches.
• Use competitive intelligence, market research, customer insights, and testing to influence product, content, and marketing strategy.
• Build AI agents and automated workflows in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or AirOps to scale product marketing research, analysis, and go-to-market operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in product marketing.
• Experience with direct revenue accountability, growth targets, nationwide campaigns, go-to-market initiatives, and performance marketing.
• Experience developing pricing strategies using behavioral economics principles such as anchoring, asymmetric dominance, and decoy pricing.
• Experience with A/B testing, result interpretation, consumer research, and insight-driven strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or higher preferred. Experience building AI agents and automated workflows using Claude or similar tools.
