Senior Manager, Marketing Research & Intelligence (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California or San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $161,000–$215,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and analyze brand, audience, and customer research programs.
• Build research and measurement frameworks for emerging audience and platform discovery channels, including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop and maintain Total Addressable Market and Serviceable Addressable Market models for target segments.
• Track market share and competitive intelligence to support positioning, prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.
• Identify influential buyer groups and translate market insights into account-targeting criteria and sales signals.
• Deliver segment and TAM updates through dashboards and integrate targeting signals into marketing automation and CRM platforms.

Requirements

• Experience with marketing strategy and go-to-market strategy in a B2B environment.
• Executive-level narrative development, insight synthesis, and recommendation writing.
• Expertise in market intelligence and competitive intelligence.
• Experience with survey-based and hypothesis-based research methodologies.
• Experience with econometric modeling, planning, forecasting, vendor management, and dashboard visualization.
• Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status or eligibility for access or export authorization under applicable U.S. regulations.
