Location: Chicago, United States

Salary: $112,100–$225,500 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Perform financial due diligence for clients involved in acquisitions and divestitures.
• Lead the execution of diligence engagements and prepare detailed financial analyses.
• Oversee engagement teams, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage client communication, gather pertinent information, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and other functional areas.
• Support proposals, engagement letters, and the development of junior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–11 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work full time in Chicago, United States.
• Strong financial analysis, engagement management, and client communication capabilities.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for entry-level candidates.
