Location: Hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office; based in Horsham, Pennsylvania or Titusville, New Jersey, United States

Base pay range: $102,000–$177,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead and support the Learning Excellence portfolio strategy for the New Leader Academy across North American Innovative Medicines.
• Translate leadership development needs, learner feedback, and business priorities into scalable learning strategies and program enhancements.
• Maintain content integrity, instructional quality, learner experience, compliance, and documentation standards in a regulated life sciences environment.
• Identify and escalate portfolio risks, stakeholder misalignment, resource constraints, and implementation challenges.
• Represent the academy in governance discussions, stakeholder sessions, planning forums, and portfolio reviews, driving alignment without direct authority.
• Manage launch readiness, large-scale deployments, change impacts, post-implementation reviews, vendor relationships, budgets, and utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development, leadership development, people leadership, large-scale learning initiatives, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
• Experience supporting complex learning programs, enterprise-wide deployments, leadership development initiatives, and scalable learner experiences.
• Strong portfolio management, prioritization, judgment, planning, coordination, and measurement skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
• Ability to work three days per week in an office in Horsham, Pennsylvania or Titusville, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Coaching, facilitation, instructional development, content evaluation, training needs analysis, and training delivery experience.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and digital capabilities for learning design and operational efficiency.
