Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Bridgewater, New Jersey office, with remote work available most of the time and in-person collaboration as needed. Domestic travel of approximately 5% or less may be required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, pilot, and deliver engaging learning experiences using adult learning theory, design thinking, and the 70:20:10 model.
• Assess learning needs with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners, identify capability gaps, and create accessible content for global, cross-functional audiences.
• Lead the architecture, participant journey design, facilitation, administration, and evaluation of cohort-based learning programs.
• Facilitate high-engagement workshops and learning experiences in person and virtually.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives, external vendors, and thought leaders while coordinating program communications, scheduling, and delivery.
• Analyze learning data, feedback, ROI, and program outcomes to improve learning solutions and create scalable toolkits for HR Business Partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, or a related field.
• 6+ years of related Learning & Development experience with a focus on facilitation and instructional design.
• Experience designing training programs and learning assets across instructor-led learning, eLearning, social learning, and other synchronous and asynchronous formats.
• Experience designing and managing cohort-based programs, including participant journeys, milestones, and multi-session facilitation.
• High proficiency with Articulate 360, Synthesia, Intrepid, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and learning or content development tools.
• Strong communication, project management, confidentiality, adult learning, design thinking, and Learning Management System skills.

Nice to have

• Pharma or biotech experience.
• Experience with Workday Learning or Sana Learn.
• Knowledge of emerging learning technologies, AI, social learning, and microlearning.
