Salary: $65,000–$77,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design and develop learner-centered content across eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, blended learning, and simulation modalities.
• Produce scripts, storyboards, interactive modules, videos, graphics, and supporting learning materials.
• Use authoring, media, design, and AI-enabled tools to create polished, inclusive, performance-driven assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, senior team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements and validate content.
• Update existing learning materials when processes or systems change, incorporating feedback through self-reviews and peer reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, adult learning, communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 3 years of recent hands-on instructional design lifecycle experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience designing learning solutions across multiple modalities and preparing instructor-led training materials.
• Strong proficiency with Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and video tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere; knowledge of LMS publishing basics including SCORM/xAPI.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, ADDIE or SAM, evaluation basics, accessibility standards such as WCAG or Section 508, and iterative workflows.
• Strong writing, information-design, collaboration, organization, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick, or CPTM.
• Familiarity with Miro, Smartsheet, Jira, AI-enabled tools, and emerging learning technologies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication.
