Agentic AI Engineer Co-Op

What you will do

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step tasks using LLMs and multimodal models.
• Implement agent orchestration with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or custom solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines covering document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval ranking.
• Integrate APIs, databases, tools, and agent memory while enabling adaptation based on outcomes.
• Create evaluation and observability frameworks for accuracy, grounding, latency, cost, and agent failure modes.
• Adapt foundation models and deploy GenAI systems in cloud-native environments with CI/CD, versioning, and runtime safeguards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML system design, deployment, or autonomous agent development.
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML solution development; experience with Java or C# may also be relevant.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks, multi-agent communication protocols, RAG architectures, evaluation methods, and LLM integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and compliance in regulated domains such as retail.
