Senior Agentic AI Engineer (Python): Design and build production-scale agentic AI systems, including LLM-powered code generation pipelines, multi-agent workflows, RAG applications, and MCP integrations with an accent on LLMOps, cloud deployment, and end-to-end ML service architectures. Focus on designing scalable agentic pipelines, implementing model observability and prompt versioning, and productionizing multimodal AI systems across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Location: Poland; remote or office work available

What you will do
- Design and develop agentic pipelines for LLM-powered code generation and multi-agent workflows.
- Build and maintain LLMOps pipelines with MLflow, Langfuse, or LangSmith for observability, reproducibility, and prompt versioning.
- Gather client requirements and translate use cases into scalable, production-ready agentic ML solutions.
- Implement MCP integrations connecting LLMs with external tools, APIs, and data sources.
- Develop and deploy NLP, RAG, and multimodal applications within end-to-end ML service architectures.
- Support model productionization, CI/CD/CT pipeline setup, cloud deployment, and human-in-the-loop output validation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying production-grade applications with Python.
- Strong Python skills for automation, data processing, packaging, and ML service integration.
- Advanced experience with generative AI tools, LLMs, and code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI, MCP, and decision-making or planning frameworks.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services, the full AI/ML lifecycle, CI/CD/CT, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field; upper-intermediate English or higher required.
