Manager, GBS - FP&A Commercial Intelligence

What you will do

• Manage and develop one Senior Analyst through priority setting, structured reviews, quality standards, and technical and finance mentoring.
• Own FP&A Intelligence workstreams including budgeting and forecasting automation support, variance analysis pipelines, consolidation outputs, and ad-hoc analytics.
• Own Commercial Intelligence workstreams including trade spend analytics, customer P&L components, commercial reporting automation, and ad-hoc commercial finance analytics.
• Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines and Power BI dashboards for FP&A and Commercial Finance.
• Maintain data quality, validate pipeline results, and document data lineage to Internal Audit standards.
• Coordinate with the Chicago pillar and support month-end close and forecast cycle deliverables.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or data analytics within a large organization.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform, plus production-level SQL and Python.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards for finance business users.
• Knowledge of budget cycles, forecast variance, P&L structures, trade spend, customer P&L, and net revenue.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring at least one person.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; familiarity with SAP/S4 finance or commercial data.
