What you will do

• Drive financial governance and gross-margin protection across hirify.global Services portfolios and customer engagements.
• Influence pricing, contract structures, and business strategies to support profitable growth.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Category, and Operations teams to identify risks and improve financial outcomes.
• Lead financial assessments, business cases, and investment decisions for strategic initiatives and large customer contracts.
• Improve financial controls and operational efficiency through process simplification, automation, and best practices.
• Represent Finance in regional planning, advise senior leaders, and coach finance talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Audit, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of commercial and strategic finance, deal structuring, pricing, gross-margin optimization, and financial modeling.
• Experience with revenue recognition, contract risk management, forecasting, business planning, P&L leadership, and financial systems.
• Knowledge of SAP and financial systems, with strong strategic influence, executive presence, and data storytelling skills.
