Complex Adult Health – Critical Care Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty

Location: St Paul, Minnesota, United States; in-person clinical instruction at an inpatient healthcare setting

Compensation: $560–$7,245 per assignment, depending on the course credit hours.

What you will do

• Teach and mentor BSN nursing students during inpatient clinical experiences focused on complex adult health and critical care.
• Plan clinical assignments and provide direct supervision while students deliver patient care.
• Evaluate student performance against course objectives and provide documented feedback and remediation.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical agency policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Grade written work and contribute to curriculum, program assessment, retention efforts, and student satisfaction.
• Coordinate with course leadership, clinical agencies, administrators, staff, and other faculty members.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered professional RN license in Minnesota required.
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
• At least two years of professional registered nursing experience in the instructional specialty within the last five years.
• Clinical experience with unstable adult patients and emergent critical illnesses.
