Collaborative Health Clinical Faculty (Part-time): Orlando, FL

Location: Orlando, Florida, USA. Teaching is onsite in an inpatient clinical setting with a clinical partner, typically involving 12-hour rotations from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for three to four consecutive days.

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Mentor senior BSN nursing students during inpatient clinical experiences.
• Plan clinical assignments and supervise students delivering nursing care.
• Evaluate student performance and provide documented feedback based on course objectives.
• Provide remediation and maintain knowledge of clinical agency policies and procedures.
• Grade coursework, examinations, laboratory assignments, clinical paperwork, and other written work.
• Teach didactic content under supervision and communicate student or agency concerns to course leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered professional nursing license in Florida required.
• At least two years of professional registered nursing experience within the last five years in the area of instruction.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses; assignments are prioritized for faculty currently licensed in Illinois.
• Strong nursing subject-matter expertise and written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for nursing education, lifelong learning, and supporting students and colleagues.
