Complex Adult Health/Critical Care Clinical Faculty (Part-Time) - Wichita, KS

Location: Onsite in Wichita, Kansas, USA, in clinical settings

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on the credit hours assigned to the course.

What you will do

• Teach Complex Adult Health and Critical Care nursing content in clinical settings.
• Plan clinical experiences and provide direct supervision while students deliver nursing care.
• Evaluate student performance and provide documented feedback based on course objectives.
• Develop clinical assignments aligned with student knowledge, competencies, and learning needs.
• Grade written assignments, quizzes, tests, lab work, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies, course coordinators, and academic leadership on student and site concerns.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Unencumbered professional nursing license in Kansas.
• Illinois nursing license required before accepting a clinical contract for a session.
• At least two years of recent professional registered nursing experience in the instructional area within the last five years.
• Strong nursing subject-matter expertise and written and verbal communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required at certain clinical partner sites.
