What you will do

• Lead resolution of complex system incidents using root-cause analysis and trend review, and implement long-term fixes.
• Manage incident and change request lifecycles, maintaining documentation to keep the technical environment stable and transparent.
• Identify gaps in business processes and use performance metrics to recommend and implement improvements in quality, speed, and reliability.
• Run cross-functional projects to ensure technology products meet business requirements, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Apply ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma frameworks to establish enterprise standards and track progress against operational KPIs.
• Support change leadership through consultation and training on process improvement methodologies, plus participate in audits and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in IT operations, business process improvement, or technical project support.
• Strong understanding of system/network protocols, software applications, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (Lean/Six Sigma/ITIL) and project management best practices.
• High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or Engineering preferred).
