Business Systems Analyst (PRM & CX Solutions)

Location: Atlanta, GA or Westminster, CO, United States; in office 4 days per week and 1 day from home. Travel requirement: 5–10%, approximately 2–4 sales meetings per year.

Salary: $91,100–$125,200 annually; bonus eligible and not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Lead collaborative workshops with global stakeholders to capture partner portal requirements.
• Translate cross-functional user feedback into user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end process workflows.
• Work with IS developers and system architects to translate business priorities into technical designs.
• Drive user onboarding and tool adoption as the subject matter expert during worldwide PRM rollouts.
• Analyze usage metrics and partner interactions to optimize platform performance and digital engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in channel operations, business systems administration, or data analytics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills for data modeling, metric evaluation, and reporting.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for evaluating complex platform metrics and usage trends.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated KPI dashboards and performance reports using Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with PRM software or Salesforce Communities.
• Background or familiarity with architecture, engineering, or construction technology sectors.
