CX Systems Analyst, Indirect (Salesforce)

Location: Atlanta, GA or Westminster, CO, United States; in office 4 days per week and 1 day from home. Travel requirement: 5–10%.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead workshops with global stakeholders to define partner portal requirements.
• Convert cross-functional feedback into user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end workflows.
• Work with information systems developers and system architects to shape technical designs.
• Support user onboarding and tool adoption during global PRM rollouts.
• Analyze usage metrics and partner interactions to improve platform performance and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a background in channel operations, business systems administration, or data analytics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills for data modeling, metric evaluation, and reporting.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with matrixed teams and external partners.
• Ability to work in the Atlanta or Westminster office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with PRM software or Salesforce Communities.
• Familiarity with architecture, engineering, or construction technology.
