Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; onsite full-time

Salary: $41,040–$61,560 USD annually

What you will do

• Handle incoming calls, follow established procedures, identify and resolve problems, and complete follow-up research.
• Make outbound calls to investors and internal partners to resolve account requests that are not in good order.
• Research and resolve processing inquiries, including preparing correcting entries, reversals, and rejects.
• Build proficiency with business applications and online tools used for investor and account servicing.
• Identify service-efficiency enhancements, process improvements, and service-delivery opportunities.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience preferred.
• Related industry qualification or active study toward one preferred.
• Basic securities industry knowledge preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
