Sr. Trade Corrections Professional (Fintech)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office and up to one day working from home.

Base salary: $44,400–$66,600 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Process and resolve trade correction cases accurately and within required timelines.
• Analyze account activity, determine the cause of trading errors, and take corrective action across mutual funds, securities, cash, bonds, and managed accounts.
• Research issues with internal and external business partners, troubleshoot problems, and provide professional support.
• Identify root causes, recommend solutions, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Prepare trend reports and participate in problem-solving sessions.
• Ensure transaction processing follows industry regulations and internal compliance procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education and relevant experience may be combined to meet the requirement.
• Previous experience in operations, processing, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume processing environment.
• Ability to research and resolve problems while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-based environment.
• Professional communication skills for working with internal business partners and advisors.
• Valid US work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship needs.

• Expertise in trading activity.
• Experience with Thomson, BETA, COLA, APL, Nice, DocX, or similar internal processing systems.
