Senior Operations Professional (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; at least four days per week in the office, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Salary: $21.35–$29.38 per hour, with potential variable compensation depending on the role.

What you will do

• Process, reconcile, and balance assigned financial products accurately, timely, and in accordance with department procedures.
• Process transaction requests while following industry regulations and internal compliance requirements.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues with internal and external business partners.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with appropriate resources to implement solutions.
• Use COLA, BETA, Thomson One, Online File Manager, and DocX for operational processing and information management.
• Handle wealth management escalations involving tax corrections and participate in assigned department projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education and relevant experience may be combined to meet the requirement.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, processing, or customer service.
• Ability to research and resolve problems and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume transaction environment.
• Understanding of company and financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet accuracy standards.
