Sr Operations Professional (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; employees work in the office at least four days per week and may work from home one day per week.

Base pay: $44,400–$61,100 per year, with potential variable compensation through bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Review and process Managed Account operations requests and audits accurately, promptly, and in compliance with department procedures.
• Process transactions across multiple product types and computer systems with minimal direction.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with internal and external business partners.
• Provide operational processing information and support other members of the organization.
• Identify process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education and relevant experience may be combined to meet the requirement.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, including operations, processing, or customer service experience.
• Ability to research and resolve problems while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-based environment.
• Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail in high-volume processing situations.
• Valid United States work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship needs.

Nice to have

• Managed Accounts or financial industry experience.
• Familiarity with Envestnet, Thomson, BETA, COLA, APL, and other internal systems.
