Lead, Lab Quality Engineering

Location: Kaohsiung City, Taiwan; the position may also be based in Aurora, US, or in Korea or Taiwan within the Asia Pacific region.

What you will do

• Oversee quality aspects and good laboratory practices across Materials Solutions QC laboratories.
• Implement, review, transfer, and audit existing and new laboratory methods across sites.
• Support QC laboratory planning for new factories and train chemists and end users on methods and quality practices.
• Develop and revise laboratory policies and procedures to improve consistency, quality, and ISO compliance.
• Support quality data packages for new products, PCNs, AMLC, and customer-facing data sharing.
• Coordinate CAPA implementation, quality controls, and internal and external audit activities.

Requirements

• Experience in laboratory quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related manufacturing quality function.
• Strong understanding of laboratory methods, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Knowledge of ISO compliance and the ISO 17025 program.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with QC laboratory managers, chemists, quality teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and navigate changing and ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work from one of the specified locations: Aurora in the US, Korea, or Taiwan.
