Lead HR Business Partner (Taiwan) (Semiconductor): Supporting workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management for Taiwan and Singapore manufacturing organizations with an accent on Taiwan employment regulations, employee relations, and strategic HR partnership. Focus on advising leaders, managing organizational change, strengthening talent pipelines, and delivering compliant people solutions across multiple countries.
Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; supporting the Singapore manufacturing organization.

What you will do
- Partner with leaders in Taiwan and Singapore to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and change management.
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, workplace issues, and Taiwan employment compliance.
- Support onboarding, talent reviews, development, retention, university engagement, internships, and graduate hiring.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and University Relations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, including Human Resources Business Partner responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and employment practices.
- Experience coaching and influencing leaders across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or technology organizations.
- Experience supporting multi-country APAC employee populations.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment practices.
- Experience with university relations, campus recruiting, or early talent programs.
