What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into HR strategies.
- Lead the HRBP team and collaborate with regional HR specialists across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, inclusion, diversity, equity, and belonging programs.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures, mergers, and cultural transformations.
- Guide workforce planning, HR analytics, compliance, and complex employee relations cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Senior HRBP experience across regional or global operations and multiple jurisdictions, such as APAC.
- Fluent written and spoken English required for communication with regional stakeholders and leadership.
- Strong business acumen and ability to turn business goals into actionable HR strategies.
- Proven expertise in change management, organizational design, and talent initiatives.

- Master’s degree or HR certification.
