Operations Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco (On-site)

Compensation: $150,000 – $225,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate highly specialized contributor teams across finance, software, and law.
• Design dataset specifications that directly influence the evaluation and improvement of foundation models.
• Own critical projects end-to-end, from scoping and execution to delivery in a high-stakes environment.
• Collaborate with world-leading AI organizations to build next-generation data solutions.
• Support diverse operational initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, Big 4 strategy practice, or corporate strategy team.
• Strong background in business strategy, case analysis, market research, or corporate operations.
• Demonstrated excellence in structured problem-solving, business frameworks, and quantitative analysis.
• High agency, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive with minimal direction.
• Excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work on-site.

Nice to have

• Python proficiency or experience with data analysis tools.
• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or conduct research.
