What you will do

• Lead multiple remote case management teams through team leads, overseeing daily operations and performance.
• Hire, coach, and develop managers, establishing structure and standards for high-performing distributed teams.
• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from claims setup through lien resolution with strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy at scale.
• Support client communication and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with attorneys and external providers.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to refine AI-driven tools and systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
• Proven leadership of multiple teams and managers in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams with ability to build trust and accountability.
• High proficiency with technology and working in an AI-forward environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
