Pricing Analyst, The Americas (Logistics)

What you will do

• Review global air RFQ documentation, identify risks and opportunities, and develop pricing strategies with sales, account management, air product, and regional stakeholders.
• Analyze pricing data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI, convert customer formats, integrate rates, and compile branch responses into pricing templates.
• Audit pricing responses for accuracy and cohesion and maintain communication according to the Documentation Retention Policy.
• Maintain RFQ pricing tools, databases, local-charge information, and ATA tariffs.
• Support Americas Air programs by managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and preparing documentation and communication materials.
• Manage multiple deadlines and follow up on RFQ outcomes and upcoming bids.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, formatting, data modeling, and complex calculations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and data-integrity skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects while working independently and maintaining close attention to detail.
• Fluent English is required.
• College education in business, supply chain, or a related discipline is preferred; air cargo pricing, carrier, routing, and operations knowledge is preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
