Pricing Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, Texas, USA; hybrid with some travel required. Only local candidates from the Houston area will be considered.

Salary: USD 65,500–81,800 yearly

What you will do

• Analyze pricing, margin, customer, product, and market data to identify revenue and profitability opportunities.
• Support annual price increase programs through data preparation, impact analysis, implementation tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for commercial stakeholders.
• Identify pricing leakage, discounting trends, and margin improvement opportunities, and communicate recommendations.
• Maintain pricing data integrity and governance across Pricefx, SAP, and related reporting platforms.
• Support pricing system enhancements, testing, process improvements, and revenue growth management initiatives across North America and Latin America.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, finance, business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management, finance, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or pricing decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across markets and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Must be a US citizen or US permanent resident and be located in the Houston area.

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or B2B environments.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Pricefx, SQL, Python, Databricks, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong Power BI or equivalent data visualization experience.
